WITHOUT CEASING

 

Pray without ceasing. 
              Thessalonians 5:17 (KJV) 

I believe in talking to Father God without getting on my knees or laying prostrate on the ground or even pacing the floor, though I have done it. Most of the time I have an awareness of the presence of the Lord, the Holy Spirit, I often talk to Him. I believing in telling Him everything, at any time, day or night; this is praying without ceasing. 

John 14:26 (KJV) 

 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. 

I cannot say, I am ALWAYS thinking of Him, that would be a lie. When I make a mistake, when I sin, when I behave in a way that is worldly, it is because I am not putting the Kingdom of God first. But, because I do have a relationship with my heavenly Father through His only begotten Son Yeshua Hamashiach, Jesus, I adjust my attitude and my behavior, this is repentance. 

I became aware of His presence as I was watching television. Sometimes He shows up for me to pray, or to praise, or to listen. I decided to write and these words He laid on my heart: Pray without ceasing.  We are in troubling times. 

John 16:33 (KJV)

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. 

My brothers and sisters, it is time to pray, again I say pray.
